Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, all sales made at Sugarberry Bakery Cafe are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on food or beverage items once they have left our premises.
If there is a verifiable issue caused by an error on our part, such as an incorrect item or a quality issue, we will gladly offer a replacement of the affected item at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
To be eligible for a replacement, issues must be reported within the same day of purchase, and proof of purchase may be required. In some cases, we may request additional information to help us verify the issue and ensure consistent quality for all guests.
This policy applies to all purchases, including in-store, takeout, and catering orders.
